Therapeutic Areas
We are committed to developing high-impact therapies that enable people with complex brain disorders to live life more fully, brightly, and boldly.

Developing new options for underserved brain disorders
Brain disorders are complex conditions that can place a significant burden on people living with them and those they love. They can make it harder to connect with others, be fully present, and pursue life’s possibilities.
Although advances in medicine have made a meaningful difference, there are still important gaps in treatment. Current options may not address the multi-dimensional range of symptoms patients experience, and some may cause side effects that make it difficult to stay on treatment. Patients deserve better options.
LB is assessing the potential of LB-102 to provide a differentiated option for patients with a broad range of neuropsychiatric disorders. LB-102 is an investigational medicine being evaluated for schizophrenia and bipolar depression, as well as an adjunctive treatment for major depressive disorder.
