About the program

LB-102 is an investigational, once-daily oral small molecule designed to selectively antagonize D2, D3 and 5-HT7 receptors. LB is evaluating LB-102 for the treatment of schizophrenia, with a development program designed to assess antipsychotic efficacy, safety and tolerability. Effects on positive and negative symptoms, cognition, and social functioning are also being evaluated.

About the program

LB plans to initiate a Phase 2 trial to evaluate LB-102 as an adjunctive treatment for people with major depressive disorder who have an inadequate response to their antidepressant therapy. The fixed and flexible dose trial is designed to evaluate depressive symptoms as well as cognition, safety and tolerability.
